Inspired learning's founder, Renie McClay, has been a dynamic
performance improvement professional for over 20 years. She
has been successful in sales, sales management and learning
and performance roles. Renie designs solutions to improve
performance and teamwork. She facilitates classroom training
and virtual training on 5 continents and is known for keeping
training interactive and inspiring. Renie earned her BS in
Marketing from Missouri State University and her MA in Global
Talent Development from De Paul University. She is adjunct
faculty for Roosevelt University, a consultant for Lake Forest
Graduate School of Management, and facilitates for the
American Management Association.
She is certified in Accelerated Innovation (Solution People) and Improvisation (Second City)
and uses both to help organizations and teams improve innovation and productivity. She has
authored or edited 10 Steps to Successful Teams, Fortify Your Sales Force, The Essential
Guide to Training Global Audiences, Sales Training Solutions and more.
Renie is regularly involved with humanitarian projects, using her skills in instructional design
and facilitation to help groups in India and Africa, as well as North America.
